SHIPPING
Rachel's Worth offers standard complimentary shipping in the United States on all orders. Expedited shipping is offered for jewelry for an additional cost if the jewelry is ordered separately from apparel.
All orders over $300 will need to be signed for unless you request an exception. In-stock jewelry and apparel items are usually shipped within seven business days and are expected to arrive 5-7 business days after shipping.
Certain jewelry items are specialty made. With this, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing before shipping. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. Due to the fluctuating climate, shipping couriers sometimes cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey! If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement on the Order Tracking Page.
Rachel's Worth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is involved.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, you must promptly review the product upon its arrival to ensure it is free of any defects. If a flaw is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away to correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for return or refund. All FINAL SALE items are not returnable or refundable unless defective.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage.
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging
Note: Returns with oversized packaging will increase shipping costs, and we will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging. We reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
STERLING SILVER & VERMEIL JEWELRY WARRANTY POLICY
A 60-day plating and accidental chain breakage warranty covers every piece of Rachel's Worth silver and vermeil jewelry. Should your jewelry suffer plating issues due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replated at no cost to yourself if the product is returned within 60-days of receipt. In addition, the warranty covers accidental chain breakage if the claim is made within 60 days of receipt. Should your chain break, choosing to replace the entire product or provide a new chain with the same or similar quality materials will be at Rachel's Worth's discretion. The replacement will be made at no cost. However, shipping charges will apply. The warranty does not cover lost items and scratches that come with normal wear and tear or improper use or storage of your product.
FINE JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY (14K GOLD)
Suppose a Rachel's Worth Fine Jewelry piece fails during normal wear within one year of the original purchase date because of a defect in material or workmanship. In that case, we will repair it with like-quality materials at no cost for repair or shipping.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR REFUND
To start the process for a refund or repair, complete the form below and include the reason for the request. If accepted, a return authorization number and shipping label will be provided. REMEMBER TO RETURN ITEMS ONLY RECEIVING AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We cover shipping charges on returned covered warranty items that involve defects in manufacturing or workmanship. Shipping costs will be deducted from granted refunds that do not include defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
From the day your return parcel is delivered, it usually takes 5-10 business days for us to process. However, this time frame may sometimes be extended to 30 business days, depending on the global situation. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice on the return and or refund. Any refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Therefore, please allow adequate time for the refund to be credited.
