Free Standard Shipping (United States)
Rachel’s Worth offers complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping is available for jewelry-only orders for an additional fee. Expedited shipping is not available when jewelry is purchased with apparel.
Order Processing Times
- In-stock jewelry and apparel ship within 7 business days.
- Specialty or made-to-order jewelry requires 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment.
Orders containing items with different availability timelines will ship once all items are available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier conditions, weather, or service disruptions.
Signature Required for Orders Over $300
Orders totaling over $300 require a signature upon delivery unless an exception is requested prior to shipment.
Order Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Rachel’s Worth is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers assume responsibility for packages once delivery is confirmed.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Full or inaccessible mailboxes
If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility Window (14 Days)
Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The return window begins on the confirmed delivery date.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
All FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from damage or signs of wear
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Returns with oversized or excessive packaging may incur additional shipping fees, which may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges & Defective Items
Exchanges are not offered unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or refund. Customers must to inspect items immediately upon receipt and report any defects promptly.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is delivered, processing typically takes 5–10 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 business days due to external factors. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns require approval prior to shipment. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Repairs
Shipping is covered for approved returns involving verified manufacturing defects. For all other returns, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
