General
Once an order is placed, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the address used at the time of ordering. Additional notifications will be sent at the time of shipping and upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment by using the “ordering tracking” located in the footer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as well as offer express checkout options utilizing PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
There is no limit to the number of items purchased per order. However, the complete order must be shipped to the same address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place them as separate orders.
We use the carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Unfortunately, not currently. However, we look forward to expanding soon.
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. To do that, our team starts processing orders as soon as they are submitted. Therefore, we are unable to change items, update shipping, or cancel orders through an automated process. However, if changes are needed or you want to cancel your order within 24 hours of the transaction, please email sales@rachelsworth.com. Processing fees may incur.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to five business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
Jewelry
In-stock jewelry items should be shipped and delivered within two weeks. If your purchase is made-to-order, please allow up to 21 days for processing before shipping. Your package should be received within 5-7 business days once shipped.
Yes. You may upgrade shipping for jewelry purchases if the order is not combined with an apparel purchase. Complimentary standard shipping (3 to 4 business days) is included in all orders. At checkout, you may request express shipping (1 to 2 business days). The current charge for express shipping is $15.00.
Yes. The insurance value is based on the pricing of the jewelry.

Purchases made may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of received delivery. Once received, your return or exchange may take 5-7 business days for our quality control inspection process to confirm the jewelry is unworn and pristine condition. Refunds will return to your original payment method.

No. Standard USPS shipping is used. Packages are generally received within 5-7 business days of the shipping date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. For Hoodies: Machine wash cold, inside out with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron design. No dry cleaning is necessary.
