SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Rachel's Worth offers standard complimentary shipping in the United States on all orders. Expedited shipping is offered for jewelry for an additional cost if the jewelry is ordered separately from apparel. All orders over $300 will need to be signed unless you request an exception. In-stock jewelry items are shipped within five business days and are expected to arrive 5-7 business days after shipping. Certain jewelry items and ALL apparel items are produced made-to-order. With this, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing before shipping. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available unless the estimated dispatch dates are more than seven days apart. Due to the current climate, shipping couriers cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.  

Rachel's Worth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
