RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt for apparel and 30 days of receipt for jewelry. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is involved.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, the buyer must promptly review the product upon its arrival to ensure it is free of any defects. If a flaw is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away to correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for return or refund. All FINAL SALE items are not returnable or refundable unless defective.

All returns must be:
• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In all original packaging

Note: Returns with oversized packaging will increase shipping costs, and we will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging. We reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

PLATING WARRANTY POLICY
A 60-day plating warranty covers every piece of Rachel's Worth Vermeil Jewelry. Should your jewelry suffer wear of plating due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replated at no cost to yourself if returned within 60-days of receipt of the product (see shipping return policy). This warranty does not include repolishing or reassembling items. In addition, the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), or improper use or storage of your product. It is the sole discretion of Rachel's Worth to do the replating under this warranty. Before shipping your item for replating, please upload a picture with a description of the issue. HOW TO RETURN AND RECEIVE REFUNDS
To start the process for a refund, please make sure to include the reason for the return. If a return is accepted, a return authorization number and a return shipping label will be provided. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY ITEMS BEFORE RECEIVING AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return; therefore, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost will not be removed from the reimbursement for returns involving manufacturing defects, and return is made within 14 business days of delivery. From the day your return parcel is delivered, it usually takes 5-10 business days for us to process. However, in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 business days due to the current global situation. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice on the return, and the refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Therefore, please allow adequate time for the refund to be credited.
